Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CB Chat mobile application.

⚠️ ROAD SAFETY WARNING - IMPORTANT

NEVER USE THIS APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING.

The driver's primary responsibility is the safe operation of the vehicle. Operating a mobile device while driving is dangerous and illegal in many jurisdictions. This app is intended for use by passengers or by drivers ONLY when the vehicle is safely parked.

THE DEVELOPER ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, FINES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS APP.

1. User Generated Content (UGC) & Zero Tolerance Policy

We connect people locally, and we want this space to be safe.

No Objectionable Content: You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.
Reporting & Blocking: We provide tools to Block users locally and Report objectionable content.
Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these rules, without prior notice. Reports are reviewed regularly, and offending content/users will be removed within 24 hours.

2. License to Use

By posting content (messages, location pings), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, transmit, and distribute that content to other users within your geographical range for the purpose of operating the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the location data will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
